Your Vibration/Frequency

A good life isn't about "luck," but rather about the energy that you bring to the table. Your own energy is your personal power and your 'vibration' is a way of describing your overall state of being. The Law of Vibration states that everything in the Universe moves and vibrates - everything is vibrating at one speed or another. Nothing rests. Everything you see around you is vibrating at one frequency or another, and so are you. However, your frequency is different from other things in the universe and that´s why it seems like you are separated from what you see around you.

Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different energetic frequencies, including our cells, organs, and thoughts. The energetic field is a manifestation of these vibrations. This energy extends beyond the physical body and radiates into the surrounding environment.

All vibrations operate at high and low frequencies, within us and around us.  Your vibration is the frequency that your physical body resonates at.

When your vibration is low, you may become moody, angry, depressed, lethargic, or resentful. You may also experience feelings of angry, jealousy or guilt. A low vibration can affect your health, finances and even your relationships.

The higher your vibration, the more aligned and connected you are to your true self and purpose.  Your overall state of being is more positive. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy. When you vibrate at a higher frequency, you experience little to no physical discomfort or pain in your body, and you can become more intuitive and spiritual. Mentally, you handle things with clarity and you can handle your emotions with ease. Your life takes on an overall positive quality and flows with ease when you vibrate at a higher frequency.

In my blog: “Heal, Rise Up, And Ascend" I discuss steps that you can take steps to raise or lower your vibration. (Ideally you will choose to raise it, and not lower it.)
